Rural cottage located in Limousin 20 minutes from Limoges in the town of St Martin le Vieux next to Aixe sur Vienne.

Facing south and quiet, the house has 5 bedrooms with a capacity of 10 beds .

The house has a large covered terrace to enjoy beautiful evenings and a large garden.

Children, you will have a trampoline, a goal and a basketball hoop to play on.

The swimming pool (8x4) is open from June to September depending on the weather. Concerned about our environment, this one is made of wood. It will offer you a unique swim like in a lake, without closing.

Area 145 m²:

Ground floor : Kitchen open to a fitted dining area (large island) with very generous volumes, living room with fireplace stove, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, 3 bedrooms (2 160x200 beds and 2 90x200 beds or 1 180x200 bed), laundry-storage room.

1st floor : 2 bedrooms(2 90x200 beds or 1 180x200 bed + 1 160x200 bed)

Finally, we wanted to tell you that our gîte is located on a farm.

Stéphane breeds beautiful redheads (Limousine cows). Possibility to visit the farm (1h30 visit).
